Assessments
I use a range of assessments, tools and activities in the coaching process based on what’s helpful for the client.
Two of the primary tools I use are:
the Energy Leadership™ Index (iPEC) and
the Gallup® CliftonStrengths® assessment.

Energy Leadership™ Index
The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind, research-backed, attitudinal assessment that enables individuals to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The ELI that takes something abstract—the way you experience the world—and turns it into a tangible metric.

It is a Mirror That Reflects Your World
Your reality is a mirror reflecting your level of awareness—your thoughts, feelings, and emotions about yourself, others, and the world.

It's about energy!

We all have a "lens" through which we see the world and understand what's possible vs. what isn't.
And we have choices.
Some aspects of your awareness (or consciousness) serve you, while others hold you back from fulfilling your potential in your life and career goals. Understandably so (we’re human!).
With the research-backed Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment, you’ll experience profound and practical insights you can use to reshape your worldview and transform your life into the ideal one you envision.
The CliftonStrengths® measures your unique talents - your natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving - and categorizes them into the 34 CliftonStrengths themes.
Your customized CliftonStrengths reports and guides help you chart your course to accomplish great things using the true north of what you naturally do best.

Understanding your strengths can offer you a direct line to your motivation!

Leaning into your Strengths is about trusting and growing your unique “superpowers”, what you naturally bring to this world! Strengths influence all aspects of our lives - personal and professional; working independently or on a team.

It provides a foundation for exploring new ways to approach decisions, identifying activities and environments where you’re most likely to thrive and giving you a deeper understanding of what you bring to and need in your personal relationships.

“It all starts with waking up...
to the gap between what our essence calls for
and what “normal” has demanded of us.”
― Gabor Maté, The Myth of Normal
